A few of the awesome things that you'll be able to do are:

- Create a digital CV optimised for what employers want to see

- Find freelance projects & internships to build experince.

- Land that dream job. When you've done the above we'll approach you with full time job offers.

Does Talent Cupboard cost me anyhing?

Nothing. Zilch.

Our aim is to make finding work easier, not more expensive.

What is a Talent Cupboard CV & why should I complete it?

Your Talent Cupboard CV is your key to everything on the site. From 1-click applying to jobs through to helping you win freelance work.

Follow our step-by-step guide to create a digital CV that is totally responsive & contains everything you need to impress an employer.

You can include a video to really help you stand out from the crowd & get your personality across to an employer as well.

Forget traditional CVs, they're a thing of the past. Say hello to the future.

What are online projects?

Online projects are one-off freelance gigs that are completed remotely. I.e. you don't have to be in the businesses office. We've got a bunch of different projects being posted to the site ranging from design through to coding & much more.

Online projects are a great way to earn some money & build experience especially if you're still at university.

Simply browse projects, read the brief of what you'd need to do & apply to the ones you want. Simple.

What are crowdsourced / competition projects?

Crowdsourced (or competition) projects are where you're required to come up with ideas for a brief & submit them to the site. A business will then review them & you'll get a rating out of 10 & some feedback on whether your idea is what they're looking for or not.

If your picked is picked then you'll need to finish off any work required before a business can sign off the project. Once this is done though the award that has been set will be transferred directly to you! This means you're guaranteed to get direct feedback from a business on your ideas as well as a chance to earn at the same time. Winner.

What are 1 on 1 projects?

1 on 1 projects are where you'll simply apply to project with a quick reason as to why a business should work with you. Your Talent Cupboard CV will automatically be in your application meaning no need to submit external links or documents. If picked to work on the project then you'll need to complete the work before we can release payment to you which we hold in escrow for security.

Once you've completed the project you'll have earnt some money, have a new testimonial & a load of new learnings. Awesome.

How do I get paid?

We make all payments to students & graduates via Paypal. All you have to do is save the email you have registered with Paypal in your profile & we'll do the rest if you need payment. If you need an account then you can sign up for one for free.

What happens with intellectual property submitted to the site?

You own your own intellectual property unless you get picked for & win a project. Upon a successful project & transfer of the project award to you the intellectual property at this point then transfers to the project owner / business.

You also need to make sure that anything submitted to the site is either created by you or that you have the right to use. E.g. you can just start using images you've found on Google. There could be serious consequences if you do use others intellectual property without permission.

How do I apply for jobs?

Applying for jobs on Talent Cupboard couldn't be easier. All you have to do is answer any set questions to a job & then you can 1-click apply. When you do this you answers as well as your digital CV that you've created is sent along to the employer for review.

On the job listing you will also see our Talent Match score. It's a score out of 100 which shows you how relevant you might be for a role based on information in your CV.

We want you to find the right job for you & we're constantly working on new tools to help you do this.

What is search & selection?

Search & selection is our service for businesses that let us approach you for jobs directly. Yes, that's right, you can sit back & let job offers come to you. The more information that you have in your digital CV means we can approach you with more job offers from businesses who want to work with people just like you.
