For branding projects we typically see anywhere between 10 - 30 ideas submitted to your project. Meaning that you'll have plenty of ideas to choose from! If you ever want to extend your project deadline to get some further ideas then you can easily do this as well.
You will own the intellectual property for your winning idea only. This happens once all ideas have been given feedback, you've selected your winning brand, and the winning freelancer has been paid - at that point the IP transfers over to you. Until then it belongs with the freelancer.
We've made it super simple for you to write a brief with loads of tips along the way. If you're still stuck then we've sign-posted our email and phone number throughout so that you can contact support easily. You can choose to be as tight or as loose in your creative brief as well. Our creative community will always come back with questions if they need clarification on anything.
In the rare situation that you don't find a brand that suits your needs we have a couple of options. The first is to extend your deadline and we'll redouble our efforts in finding you that winning ideas. Otherwise we'll refund your project award back to you. in either case we want to make sure you get a brand that you love. We feel pretty luck though, punk.
