Once we have some initial information from you, you'll then confirm your order with us so that we can start magicing up your website.
Content quiz & build
You'll then be directed to our super easy "content quiz" that lets us know what words to feature on your website. Whilst you're doing this, we'll be beavering away on getting your website ready to launch.
How long will it take to get my website?
We typically aim to produce your website in under 10 working days, depending on the complexity and how fast we receive information from you. We'll be relying on the information you provide to us via our content quiz to populate your website with the content that you want featured.
What if I have an existing website?
That's not a problem. We can easily transform your current site with an updated design & build. Your site will need to be hosted with us for the best experience but our support team is on hand to handle this all for you. There may be fees from your current host or domain registrar that you will be responsible for.
What happens after my initial 12 month subscription runs out?
Once your initial 12 month subscription runs out you're then on a rolling monthly contract with us. You can leave your website hosted with us as long as you like. If you want to move your website to another host then it's easy to do so. We provide you with the export code to then do with what you wish.
Can I upgrade my plan from a brochure to an e-commerce one?
Sure thing. If you need to enable e-commerce at a later date or change your plan then we can help you with that. What you'll need to do is get in touch with us so we can start the ball rolling. Some minor tweaks to your website may be needed when upgrading and your billing plan will change to reflect the upgrade.
How much support can I expect to get?
Our super helpful support team are always around in case anything technical goes a bit wonky. Once you have your website launched though you'll be expected to manage your website content.
What if I need changes made to my website?
We have a really easy to use system where you can add pages or easily make changes to exisitng pages. If you really don't want to do this then we can make updates on your behalf for an hourly fee. Get in contact with us for this option.
How do I manage products on my ecommerce website?
There is a really easy to use bit of tech where you can add, remove and manage all of your physical or digital inventory. We'll setup one product for you as part of your package so you can see best practice and you're then free to add whatever you like.
Who owns the website the we build?
You do. We have the minimum 12 month subscription period with us but after that point you're free to take the website we've built and get a developer to put it somewhere else.
